    Refund & Cancellation Policy

    The Foundational Course includes a clear 14-day, no-questions-asked refund promise. This page explains when the window begins and how refunds and installment cancellations work.

    1. The 14-day refund promise

    You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after Arabently sends your course invitation, registration link, or registration code. The refund period begins when that access invitation is sent, even if you create your account or begin the course later.

    This is a no-questions-asked refund promise. Arabently may invite you to share optional feedback so the course can improve, but answering is not required for an eligible refund.

    2. How to request a refund

    Email contact@arabently.com or use the private WhatsApp contact provided to enrolled students. Include enough information to locate the payment:

    • Your name.
    • The email address used for payment or course access.
    • The course purchased.
    • The approximate payment or access-delivery date.

    Never send a full card number by email or WhatsApp.

    3. What an eligible refund includes

    An eligible request receives a full refund of the amount collected for the Foundational Course. There is no lesson-usage limit within the refund window.

    For an installment plan, Arabently refunds every installment collected by the request date and cancels the remaining automatic payments. Course access ends when the refund is approved.

    Account sharing, copying, recording, or redistribution remains a separate violation of the Terms of Service and may result in immediate access termination.

    4. Refund method and timing

    Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within five business days. Additional processing time depends on the payment provider and the customer's bank or card issuer.

    Refunds for online card payments are submitted through Stripe. Once a refund has been initiated, Arabently cannot control how quickly a bank or card issuer displays it.

    5. Requests after 14 days

    Payments are non-refundable after the 14-day window except where a refund is required by applicable law or Arabently agrees otherwise in writing.

    The remaining six course units are being released progressively. Delays to unpublished units do not create an additional refund right after the refund window.

    6. Access problems

    If Arabently fails to send access within 24 hours after successful payment, or if you cannot access the course, contact support promptly. Arabently will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a practical alternative.

    Nothing in this policy removes any remedy that applicable law requires when a purchased service cannot be delivered.

    7. Installment cancellation

    An installment customer may cancel future automatic payments. If the plan is canceled before it has been paid in full, course access ends permanently and the customer must purchase again to return.

    Payments already made are not refunded after the 14-day refund window. There are no late fees. See the complete Payment & Installment Terms.

    8. Payment questions and disputes

    If a payment, refund, or statement charge is unclear, contact Arabently first so it can be identified and resolved quickly. Online card charges may appear as ARABENTLY.
