Arabently is a Canada-based sole proprietorship providing online Saudi Arabic education. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@arabently.com.

• Contact details, such as your name, email address, and information you choose to provide in an application or message.
• Course account and usage information, such as your login email, enrollment status, progress, access history, and interactions with the learning platform.
• Payment information made available by the payment provider, such as payment status, billing contact details, transaction IDs, card brand, and the last four card digits. Arabently does not receive or store your full card number.
• Emails, Instagram messages, privately provided WhatsApp messages, feedback, and other support communications.
• Technical and analytics information, such as IP address, device, browser, approximate location, referring page, pages visited, clicks, scrolling, and other website interactions.
• Marketing preferences, including subscriptions and unsubscribe requests.

• Review applications and answer questions.
• Process payments, refunds, receipts, and fraud checks.
• Create accounts and provide course access.
• Deliver lessons, media, updates, and course support.
• Send requested resources and marketing emails, with an unsubscribe option in marketing messages.
• Understand how the website and course are used and improve their content, reliability, and experience.
• Protect accounts, enforce our terms, maintain records, and meet legal, accounting, tax, and compliance responsibilities.

Arabently uses service providers to operate the website and course. These providers process only the information needed for their role:

• Vercel for website hosting, performance insights, and website analytics.
• Supabase for course accounts, authentication, and database services.
• Bunny.net for image, audio, and video storage and delivery.
• Stripe for online card payments, billing, fraud prevention, receipts, and refunds.
• Google Forms for course applications.
• Hostinger for the domain and operational email.
• MailerLite for email subscriptions and marketing.
• PostHog, when enabled, for product analytics and session replay on the public website.
• Instagram and WhatsApp when you choose to communicate through those services.

Arabently uses or may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website working, understand visits, measure performance, and improve landing pages.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights may collect technical performance and usage data. When PostHog session replay is enabled, it may record interactions such as page navigation, clicks, cursor movement, and scrolling. Password fields, full payment-card details, and other sensitive payment fields are not intended to be captured.

You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect website features or the accuracy of analytics.

Online card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the payment information required to authorize the payment, prevent fraud, issue receipts, manage installments, and process refunds. Arabently receives limited transaction information but does not store your full card details.

If you request a resource or subscribe to marketing, Arabently may send educational emails, course updates, and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in an email.

Arabently may still send non-marketing communications needed for an application, payment, account, course access, support request, or important service update.

Arabently does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with the service providers listed above, professional advisers, or authorities where reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect users, resolve disputes, or comply with law.

Because Arabently serves international learners and uses international providers, information may be processed in Canada, Saudi Arabia, the United States, the European Union, or other locations where a provider operates.

Arabently keeps information only as long as reasonably needed for course access, support, operations, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute evidence, and other legal obligations.

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no website, account, email system, or storage provider can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you, subject to identity verification and any legal, security, accounting, or recordkeeping requirements. Email contact@arabently.com with the subject “Privacy Request.”

Arabently is intended for adult learners and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact Arabently so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as Arabently's services and providers change. The current version and its updated date will remain published on this page.
